We make every effort to see patients in a timely manner, however delays may and do occur. We ask for your patience and cooperation. Please help us keep on schedule by arriving on time. If you are new to our practice or need to make information changes such as insurance, addresses or phone numbers, please allow fifteen minutes.

If it is necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance, if possible. This is important for the courtesy of other patients who may be in need of urgent care. For your convenience we have an automated call reminder system called "House Calls" that will call and remind you of your appointments several days in advance. It also gives you an option to leave a message to cancel your appointment.

New patients will need to bring previous x-rays, x-ray reports, medical records, referring physician name, address, telephone, a list of current medications, drug allergy information and all insurance identification cards. If your previous diagnostic reports are not available at this visit, it may necessitate another appointment until those records can be obtained.
