Dr. Paul Thomas grew up in Middle Tennessee and graduated from Lawrence County High School. He received an undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Chemistry from Middle Tennessee State University. He then attended University of Tennessee in Knoxville where he pursued a Masters Degree in Chemistry before entering Medical School at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. After graduating from Medical School, Dr. Thomas completed his Orthopaedic Residency at the Campbell Clinic in Memphis. He practiced at the University of Tennessee Trauma Center in Knoxville for three years before joining The Bone & Joint Clinic in 1991. Dr. Thomas is Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Thomas enjoys supporting youth sports in Williamson County where he has coached baseball, football, and basketball. He is on the Board of the Tennessee Commerce Bank. His favorite hobbies are his children whether it is skiing in Colorado or playing kickball in the front yard. Dr. Thomas and his wife have five children and reside outside of Franklin.
