Dr. John W. Klekamp specializes in spine surgery both cervical and lumbar and the treatment of scoliosis, a condition in which there is curvature in the vertical line of the spine. Dr. Klekamp, whose parents live in Knoxville, relocated from Greenville, South Carolina, where he was a spine surgeon at Piedmont Orthopaedics Associates. He completed his general orthopaedic training at Vanderbilt University Medical University, and subsequently obtained advanced fellowship training in the diagnosis and treatment of spinal disorders at the Emory University Spine Center in Atlanta.
Klekamp is a member of the American Medical Association, Vanderbilt Orthopaedic Society and the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons.
