Office Hours
The Bone and Joint Clinic is open from 7:30 AM until 5:00 PM Monday through Friday for clinic appointments, except for observance of major holidays. MRI services are offered 6:30 AM until 8:00 PM Monday through Friday, and 6:30 AM until 2:30 PM on Saturday. After office hours, patient calls are answered by an answering service by calling the main clinic number. Messages are then relayed to the physician on call.

Contacting the Clinic
The telephones are answered from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM by our office staff. If you encounter a voice mail, please leave your complete name, date of birth, reason for calling and a day time telephone number where you can be reached. If the call is of an urgent nature, please alert the telephone operator. All calls needing to speak to a nurse will go to the triage nurse line. Every attempt will be made to return your calls that day and for calls received after 3:00 PM the calls may be returned the following day.

Hospital and Day Surgery Affiliations
The Bone & Joint Clinic physicians are on the active staff at Williamson Medical Center and use that hospital primarily for in-patient stays and procedures. Day surgeries may be scheduled at Williamson Medical Center or The Bone & Joint Surgery Center.

Patient Requested Forms
Our office receives requests for numerous forms to be completed for multiple reasons. Due to the high volume and detail often required by these requested forms, there is a charge of $25.00 per form. Requests for physical therapy orders, return to work forms, work restrictions, work and school excuses should be completed at the time of the visit.
